We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager (Digital) to join our Client Services team and play a key role in managing and growing client relationships. Role Overview
As an Account Manager (Digital), you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of digital campaigns, and identifying opportunities for business growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams to execute strategies that align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.

Campaign & Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, web development, paid media) to deliver high-quality work.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation.

Strategy & Business Growth:
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and objectives.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to enhance client accounts.
- Support in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and strategic plans.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track key metrics and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Analyse campaign outcomes and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure all reports meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in account management, client services, or a similar role in a digital agency or marketing environment.
- Experience managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.

Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, web development).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Slack, Productive.io, Monday.com etc.) and reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
